MAN OVER BOARD (MOB)
LIGHT & SMOKE

This distress signal is designed to be mounted vertically on the ship’s bridge, with one on the port and one on the starboard side. It should be attached behind or to the side of a lifebuoy at a minimum of five meters above the water line. When the lifebuoy is thrown overboard, the MOB is pulled with it and as it leaves its bracket,
it automatically emits light and smoke to attract attention to the person in the water. On smaller vessels, it can be mounted on the wheelhouse bulkhead and launched manually.
It has a lithium battery and can be used as a day and night marker, is approved globally and meets the latest SOLAS regulations.

LINE THROWER

The BLT-250 SOLAS approved line thrower is a pneumatic system which throws projectiles by power of compressed air. BLT-250 has interchangeable launchers and easy refilling projectiles. The only cost for 4 throws is refillind the cylinder with dry air.
Projectile reaches approximately 250 meters and maximum speed at end of the launcher. Due to aerodynamic structure, wind has the minimum effect on the projectiles. Because there is no explosives, it can be threw from and into flammable areas.
Two safety features protect the system from false and accidental throwing. They are safety knob and over pressure valve and its components are reusable.
Shelf life is unlimited if regular maintenance is done by authorized service personnel.
With SOLAS/MED and USCG approvals for worldwide product application.
