Inspection, maintenance and repair service of liferafts of recreational vessels, merchant ships and submarines is carried out in our fully equipped facilities by meeting the requirements of manufacturers and the National Maritime Authority. Service is carried out in compliance with IMO Resolution A.761(18) and acording to the applicable service manuals. Original spare parts are used to ensure liferafts´ full operability and performance, and allow us to optimize their lifecycle.

Our qualified and experienced technicians in annual / five yearly lifeboats service guarantee their proper operation in training or real emergency situation.
This includes overload testing, LRRS and launching appliance maintenance and overhaul. These activities are completed in accordance with SOLAS III 20.3.2 & 20.11 and MSC.1/Circ. 1206.

These equipment are inspected and refilled in our workshops by using specialized tools and calibrated scales and compressors, in compliance with CGA Quality Air Standards-Grade D.

All lifejackets serviced at our service station are subjected to a rigorous inspection by fully qualified technicians to ensure it is fit for purpose and maximise its performance in an emergency. 

Hypothermia is one of the main threats to anyone working in cold water. By using an immersion suit, the chances of survival increase in the event of falling into the water or abandon the ship in an emergency.
Our workshops have implemented the testing service for immersion suits in compliance with MSC/CIRC Regulation 1114.

According to Resolution MSC.1/Circ.1432, all breathing air compressor must comply with EN 12021, BS 4001 or CGA Grade D + E standards and consequently, subjected to an annual air quality test in order to verify the non contamination by H₂O, CO, CO₂ and oil.

Our CO₂ recharge service is available 24/7 thanks to our cryogenic tank, especially aimed to reduce costs and service times.

This service is only available for ecuadorian vessels devices.

Our load test service for cranes and lifting equipment is carried out by using specially designed water bags able to test up to 50 tons, together with our dynamometer of 100 tons capacity.
Gradual load application allows us to identify any problema before the maximum load is applied and the use of calibrated equipment guarantees exact and reliable results to the customer.

Bollard pull trials are conducted in order to determine the static pull that a tug is able to employ in operating conditions.
Bollard pull trials are performed by our trained staff thanks to the use of a high quality dynamometer with 100 tons capacity, which is operated by a wireless remote indicator for a safer and easier manoeuvring.
